Walk with Gary to Hound Tor and Bowermans Nose

Two of the best known natural features on Dartmoor are reached on this walk which is mainly moorland. We rise to Hound Tor and pass the medieval village and Grea Tor. After descending towards Manaton we then make the long climb up Hayne Down- site of the Bowerman's Nose. All finished off with a cuppa at The Hound of the Basket Meals! Meet at Court Street Car park at 9.30am - bring a packed lunch and wear suitable walking gear.
