Little Book of Affirmations Workshop

Saturday 22nd January

Affirmation (n.) the assertion that something is true.

Using hand stitching and manual typewriters you will make a unique pocket-sized fabric book of affirmations that you can carry with you.  You will be invited to discover words/phrases that ground and empower you. 

Expert tuition will be provided by professional artists who use textiles creatively for exploration, self-discovery and fun. 

All materials will be provided.

Refreshments – hot drinks and biscuits.

Maximum 8 people. This workshop is being supported by Wellmoor.
