Wellmoor seeking to hire a part-time Wellbeing Co-ordinator for Moretonhampstead and surrounding are

1 year fixed term contract. Approx. 1 day per week

 

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to make a significant impact on health and wellbeing in the local area.

 

The role will provide support for individuals aged 50+, putting together an initial assessment of each client’s circumstances, interests and needs to create a support plan owned by the individual. The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will link individuals to local services and activities and reconnect them with their community.

 

This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ideally with knowledge and experience of working in or with the health/care, voluntary or community sector and/or with vulnerable people.

 

Salary negotiable up to £20,000 p.a. Pro Rata

 

Closing date for application is midnight on Thursday 8th November

Interviews on Tuesday 13th November
